The City of Atlanta Uncensored
I visit Atlanta very regularly; the single most significant advice I can offer is to use public transportation. MARTA is cheap and efficient to get you to much of Atlanta; the alternative is horrendous traffic all day and night.
A comfy pair of shoes is a must for navigating Atlanta city center and dodging the shitty drivers who can’t tell the difference between a red and green traffic light.
The music scene in Atlanta is insane. Dubbed “The Home of Hip Hop” you can get your groove on at some great nightclubs in the city. Additionally, the summer is “music festival season” and is always in high-gear at Piedmont Park.
